I have been a
little quiet here in the blog, but I hope to pick it up this year. Let me start
by showing you a lovely blanket my mom made: a colorful “polka-dot” blanket,
made with hexagon motifs...

The motif starts
with a circle (2 rows), and on the last row, it is turned into a hexagon…and
joined as-you-go. The border was a little tricky, but she found a way to make
it straight.

(en las dos primeras hileras), y en la última pasada se convierte en un hexágono,
y se une también. El borde fue un reto, pero mi mamá logró que tomara forma
rectangular.
It is a super-cute blanket. Congrats, mom!
