More Colorful Cowls

(Knit)

I have made a few more “colorful cowls”…
Tejí otros cuellos coloridos…

They are rather easy to make: They are made all in garter (all knit sts.), alternating two rows of a variegated yarn (Mosaic by Bernat), and two rows of angora yarn [Madame Tricote Paris, made from the angora goat, not rabbits]. I used 8mm knitting needles, which makes it soft and airy.  I casted on 48 sts (aprox 14”), and knitted for 65 rows (aprox. 25”).  The ends are then sewn together.  Finally, I make a simple border in crochet (1sc + chain 1) with the angora yarn…and that’s it!
I can´t decide which one I like the best. What about you?

  2. Amazing cowls, and impossible choice: they're all fabulous! I think I like the black one better of all, but it's really hard to tell, because I really love rainbow wool too... : )
Your straight needles caught my eye, may I ask you which brand are they??
Wish you a great week! xx

The red ones are Lion Brand, 8mm (they are plastic, but I love them)

  6. These are so pretty! I wish I could learn to knit better. I know all I need to do is practice, but the crochet gets in the way! I like the last one you pictured the best. So lovely! These will make great gifts!
