Ocean Top

(Knit)

Summer definitely calls for cotton…
El verano definitivamente llama a usar algodón…








I knitted this top in simple jersey stitch. I am calling it: “Ocean Top”, because its colors remind me of the ocean (Turquoise, blue, green). I used my wooden needles (KnitPro), which I like to use with cotton. I am already planning a second cotton top…with a crochet twist.

Tejí esta blusa en dos agujas, con puntada jersey (todos der al frente, todos revés atrás). Le puse el nombre de: “Blusa Mar” porque sus colores me recuerdan al mar (turquesa, azul, verde).  Usé mis agujas de madera (KnitPro), las cuales me gustan para trabajar con algodón. Ya estoy planeando una segunda blusa…pero con un toque de crochet.

    Hermoso! qué lindos colores!! Te hago una consulta, se puede cortar los costados del sueter para estrecharlo? me ha quedado grande y quiero achicarlo, pero no destejerlo si lo puedo evitar. Gracias, buenísimo tu blog. Patricia

    1. Hasta ahora pude responder a tu pregunta: La realidad es que no es recomendable cortar los tejidos. Sin embargo, he oído que hay una forma de hacerlo usando una máquina de coser que se llama: OVERLOCK (No sé cual sea la traducción en español).
