(KAL--Knit Along)
Today starts a
Knit-along (KAL) that Evelyn from Project: Stash is organizing @ Ravelry.
The KAL is called
“Pour Moi” (in French), which means: “For Me”.
It is the perfect excuse to knit something beautiful for yourself. Sounds great, doesn´t it?
I decided to join
in, and I will be making the Dream Stripes Shawl (yes, again! I loved my first one so much, I want another one), now in 3 colors: Navy Blue,
White and Red.
Read more about it @ Project: Stash
What a lovely idea can't wait to see it finished x
ReplyDeleteSounds like lots of fun Ana but I don't think I would have the patience to finish something for myself, I loved your first shawl it's beautiful and I'm sure this one will be too in the lovely colours you have chosen. I will be watching with interest :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, it's not often that we find the time to sit down an do something for ourselves - how wonderfully self-indulgent! I only wish I could knit faster (and better!) so I could join the fun!
ReplyDeleteEm xx
P.s. I can see why you chose to do another scarf, I just had a look at your first one and its beautiful x
Can't wait to see this Ana :-) Rowen@Coastal Colours x
ReplyDeleteAlways nice to make something for yourself.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the result.
Grtz,
Chris
What a perfect pattern choice & I love the classic colors!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a lot of fun. I checked out the link for the knit-along and it looks like a great group (missed the today's deadline this time around). Looking forward to seeing your next shawl :) Wendy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pattern and the colours you've chosen are gorgeous. I look forward to watching it grow. I'm joining in with this KAL too, I've just cast on. I will have to get a blog post up to in the next few day. Deb xxx
ReplyDeleteWonderful, Deb. I will be following your blog and the progress of your project! How fun!
DeleteI am slowly learning to knit....maybe one day I can play along!
So fun! Can't wait to see it finished :)
