KAL: Pour Moi

(KAL--Knit Along)

Today starts a Knit-along (KAL) that Evelyn from Project: Stash is organizing @ Ravelry.

The KAL is called Pour Moi(in French), which means: “For Me”.  It is the perfect excuse to knit something beautiful for yourself.  Sounds great, doesn´t it?

I decided to join in, and I will be making the Dream Stripes Shawl (yes, again!  I loved my first one so much, I want another one), now in 3 colors: Navy Blue, White and Red.

  2. Sounds like lots of fun Ana but I don't think I would have the patience to finish something for myself, I loved your first shawl it's beautiful and I'm sure this one will be too in the lovely colours you have chosen. I will be watching with interest :)

  3. What a great idea, it's not often that we find the time to sit down an do something for ourselves - how wonderfully self-indulgent! I only wish I could knit faster (and better!) so I could join the fun!

P.s. I can see why you chose to do another scarf, I just had a look at your first one and its beautiful x

  7. This sounds like a lot of fun. I checked out the link for the knit-along and it looks like a great group (missed the today's deadline this time around). Looking forward to seeing your next shawl :) Wendy
